In the field of planning services offered for social
and vocational integration we pursue equal opportunities
for all target areas, developing specific strategies and
tools for each group. We take into account aspects such
as obstacles and barriers (internal and external) to gender
socialisation in access to employment and their impact
on professional development, with a view to making proposals
for overcoming them.
